Reinhart and Sprouse won over fans as lovebirds Betty and Jughead on the CW drama, which premiered in January 2017. So viewers were ecstatic to discover the duo were a real-life couple when they were first linked in July 2017. After dating on and off for three years, the costars called it quits in 2020. However, Sprouse and Reinhart were not the only  Riverdale  stars to pair up off screen. Mendes also dated Charles Melton from 2018 to 2019. As the show continued to gain a following, multiple stars from the series took the next step by starting families. She and husband Tanner Tolbert were expecting their fourth child, a baby boy named Beau. “I’ve been struggling what to write here as I’ve been navigating a miscarriage,” Roper, 36, shared via Instagram on Sunday, August 13. “It felt like all my dreams were coming true to welcome another baby into our lives, to love and to complete our family. While our hearts our completely broken and we have been dealing with the deep and complex grief of the loss, we have been blessed to be touched by his soul for his short amount of time.
